so I did,

pee est ... I just remembered something about "little books"
in 2004 I went out to the Lilly Library at U of Indiana
to see and get copies of the nearly 400 pages od "stuff" that I
had sent to Cid between 1998 and his death.

while there I saw some of what they still had in display cases
of this shoe :

they ALSO had a large display of what they had of E.E. Cummings'
art .. I was struck by how much what he had done reminded me of
what I was doing.

I met and had a cople of drinks with the guy who care-takes the scroll ... Jim Canery who also makes Tibetan paper.

I bet that he is on the net.... everything else seems to be ...

accordion "book" of The First Stone Girl

which I think the single-sheet version is on
the net somewhere

back in the Olden Daze I made just one copy
of the accordion version realizing that neither
the Avant Guard nor the Savant Guard was (or
wld ever be) ready for SG OR any other things
of mine for, say not until 50 years after I was
dead ... if then

I didn't even make a copy for my Original Muse ...
the Cute One who, as she showed me the door,
said: "and don't send me any more of your stupid
fucking poems ! Call me next week."

So .... bottom line ? I am now only replying (and
sending things out to those who ask for something.

as I recall the smallest book that I've ever seen
was one in Amsterdam in 1969 or so.... it was about
the size of my thumb's finger nail .... I think that the
book was a short-cut version of The Kama Sutra
( just kidding, don't know what the book was about).

yeah Christine used the single-sheet version on her
FLUX-USA site. She was one of the few who I frequently sent things to. I always sent things directly to her because, though I was "cleared" to post things directly, I cld't figure out how to so do so she wld do-it-for me. Another void now that she is dead. Here is the piece:

Ed, as far as I can tell, only a few blog hosting sites have the capability of letting you know when a comment has been replied to. This does not appear to be one. But I will check it out to see if perhaps there's just something i didn't set up that will enable that capability. If so, will do that here too. It IS a great convenience.
